Orville Tecson currently leads in the General Classification standings going into Stage 2 followed by Igi Maximo (+31.59 secs), Adonis Bohol (+39.87 secs), Garry Fernandez (+1:01.42 mins), Robert dela Rosa (+2:0.55 mins), Bobby Castaneda (+2:42.88 mins)
