No National Olympic Committee (NOC) in the world, including the POC, has the right to accredit an athlete to participate in the SEA Games or Asian Games or the Olympics without prior license from the IF. That was clear when the Philippines was not allowed to participate in basketball at the 2005 SEA Games because of the FIBA suspension – even if Manila hosted the event."...
